Grease Interceptor Pumping in San Diego
In-ground grease interceptors โ 750, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000+ gallons โ are the workhorses of high-volume kitchens, and they're the first thing city inspectors check. OH pumps interceptors of every size across Southern California with heavy-duty vacuum equipment, full-depth evacuation of the grease cap, liquids, and bottom sludge, and complete manifest documentation on every service.
Why kitchens choose us
Full-depth evacuation
Grease cap, gray water, AND settled solids โ all of it. Leaving the water behind is how cheap services get cheap, and how kitchens fail inspections.
Any size, any access
Long-reach hoses for tough parking lot and alley placements. If a truck can get within range, we can pump it.
Compliance tracked by city
Every jurisdiction we serve sets its own cycle; we track yours and schedule before you're due.

How do I know what size my interceptor is?
It's on your FOG permit or the interceptor lid stamp โ and if you don't know, we'll identify and measure it free on the first visit.
Do you take the wastewater too, or just the grease?
Everything. Full evacuation to a licensed treatment facility, documented on your manifest with disposal location.
My interceptor smells even after pumping. Why?
Odor after service usually points to a damaged baffle, a dry P-trap, or a venting issue โ a plumbing problem, not a pumping problem. Good news: we're the one company that fixes both. Ask about a camera inspection.
